It looks like a centipede to me. Yuck!!! We have all kinds of bugs around here with the warm climate, and I think I've seen these before. They are probably coming in due to the cooler temps. Spraying around outside may be the solution.
We had a big caterpillar just inside our front door a couple of nights ago, but I'm sure it slithered inside from the plants by our porch. I picked it up with a paper towel and flushed it. My hubby said it would probably come back up and bite me
