Jalapeno pepper jelly is really good! These are mild peppers, so it is not hot at all. You can also make it with green peppers. Also, you can sometimes find pepper jelly at the grocery store with the jelly, maybe not in Canada though.
It is made with peppers, sugar and vinegar, so it has a sweet sour taste. It is really good, it doesn't sound good, but it is, especially with cream cheese and crackers!
