 Oh, I have a really good Spinach Dip recipe. 1 package frozen spinach 1 envelope Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix 8 oz sour cream 8 oz mayo 1 can chopped water chesnuts 1. Dethaw spinach in microwave. Get LOTS of paper towels and press spinach until it is as dry as you can get it. 2. Drain water chesnuts by pouring out juice and putting the water chestnuts on a paper towel to dry out. 3. Combine spinach with the rest of the ingredients. 4. Refrigerate for awhile. 5. Enjoy with your favorite crackers or my favorite...Fritos Scoops!

" I think they had said that there's a 1% chance that cooking the frozen stuff could still leave some e.coli in there (but don't quote me on that)... Personally I wouldn't risk it.
