Amazing development!
Hubby and I have had a long-standing agreement about church. He didn't go. He had organized religion shoved down his throat so badly by his parents in such a self-serving way, that as an adult he chose to stay far away from it. I've pretty much let it go rather than risk making him feel I'm force feeding it to him as well.
Amazingly, on a whim, I asked dh if he would go to church with me on Christmas eve and he's agreed! I am really looking forward to it! I've always loved the 10 pm service and he was never there, so this will be a welcome change. We will go to the church where I was baptised 52 yrs ago. I just HAD to share my good news!

That's AWESOME news!!!! Maybe the Christmas Eve service will be powerful enough for him to start going to church on a regular basis! Keep us updated!

YAY!! That is great!!
My husband is the same way, won't go with us. But the other day he said he might go occassionally...we just stopped asking him to go with us. Maybe we will ask him to go with us on Christmas eve too! |

That is wonderful news!!! I am so happy for you...
What is it with most men? My husband never goes either unless it's Easter or Christmas...and even then...not every year.
