Yes Gina, I am going through the same thing. I think mine started more last week when I started take the Chantix. I haven't gained any, but I'm sure not losing any either. I've just had a lot on my mind too, husbands back, puppies, wanting good weather...you name it, I'm thinking about it.

That's when I want it too. Sooooo I buy those Weight Watcher cakes and save them for evening. I let myself eat one everynight if I'm in the mood. That's my chocolate fix for the day. I love food too and mostly the stuff that isn't the greatest healthwise, but sure tastes good. I hate being fat!!

At least you guys are on the diet wagon. I keep saying I'm going back on wait watchers and loose at least 10 pounds before I go to the beach and I'm going June 2. I really need to start this week and I might come close to the 10lbs. I need to lose more than that but that won't happen before the beach so I will try for the 10.

I normally don't stay for the meeting at Weight Watchers, but I'm going to today. I'm definately going to finish losing this weight, so I can participate in my children's summer activities! I took the entire summer off, and I'm not going to ruin that by sitting out of the pool this year again. I might not get in till July, but I'm going to make it, lol. Sorry, giving myself a pep-talk. Good luck, Gina! |

Jessica , today I have a Commuion brunch, but I promised myself that when I get back I am going back to the gym. I am paying and not ulitizing it, and I was doing great.. We all have to focus and be discplined my aim this week is to do it.. Once you slack, it is hard to put yourself in that gear.. But it can be done, ladies we should really encourage each other and keep this thread booming, offering suggestions and what is working for them. |

I know, we need to keep it going, but summer is a bad time for me to diet. I do much better in the winter time as far as watching what I eat. I get outside in the summer and forget to eat and then I'm so hungry I eat everything I'm not suppose to. I hate to stop doing something just to eat....LOL I'd rather get my task done, but by then I'm starving!! Not a good thing. I still haven't gained any back yet though.
