Mom's new Doctor!
Mom and I had an appointment today to meet with a Doctor to see if she and Mom were compatible. Mom wasn't sure she would like a female Dr. since she's never been to one, but we both liked her right away. So one hurdle down....

I'm glad that you and your mother have found a doctor that you like. Personally I like having a female doctor. I think that they're a lot easier to talk to than a man doctor.

I'm so glad that worked out Janet. Liking your dr is a major issue in getting well taken care of.

Thanks all, I really feel good that this Dr. will explain things in detail so that Mom will understand. She was very sweet and kind to her and listened very well to Mom. I'm so glad that at least one hurdle is crossed.
