Sports???

Do any of you like sports...I mean really like them.

I used to play softball, but I got bored with it.
So til I met Ray, not really. But he took me to a hockey game as one of our 1st dates, and I have been hooked ever since!!!! I hate watching it on TV, but love hockey in person! So I am now an officail Pittsburgh Penguins fan!

I am also a big College football fan!!! Go Ohio State!!! #1!!!!
I am having an OSU vs Penn State party this Saturday!!!!!!
Go Bucks GO!!!!!!!

Now I get just as mad watching as my hubby does!!! We are sooo silly! LOL!!!!

Sports? Did you ask sports??? YES!!! My youngest has been playing baseball since he was 7 years old and has played tournament/select baseball since he was 8 (this past year, as 13 year olds, they went to the world series in Panama City). As a 7th grader last year, he earned a starting spot on the JV team at the school he attended (only 1 of 2 7th graders to make the team - rest were 9th and 10th graders). He plays football ONLY because there's no baseball!! My oldest one played baseball for 2 years and football for 2 years and realized he had more fun watching than playing (he's my ADD/Dyslexic child). He was manager of the football team for 3 years before quitting cause the coach he absolutely admired and respected died suddenly so his heart was no longer in it. He enjoys playing golf immensely - it's a non-contact sport and he can play at his own pace which is very important to him. We watch college football, follow the college division, regional, and world series baseball games, watch pro football, and pro baseball. I don't care for basketball or golf at all but do enjoy watching a good hockey game So yes, we LOVE sports at our house And I played softball up until 8 years ago when I tore the muscle in my leg and had to stop for a year - just never went back!

The one and only sport that I like is SEC college football and Auburn University (#2 woohoo!) football. That is the only sport I watch and I don't play sports.

I used to play softball when I was young and then I coached it for a while. My husband coached high school hockey for 22 years so I liked hockey too. He used to have season tickets to the NY Rangers. Now I like watching the NY Jets football games on Sunday. I'm not sure if I would watch it if he wasn't home but I like watching it with him.
