There's a totally over the top emoticon in MSN that is hilarious. A woman cartoon figure appears and she's laughing outrageously... I love it.

I think we all like that little guy!!! Sometimes he exactly fits the humor of the moment!!!!
 We need more laughing smilies. We have some on here that other forums don't have and other forums have some we don't. There must be thousands of smilies out there.
