Decorating Tin Boxes.....
I recently decorated a tin box to use for a recipe box. The kids were over and just loved it and asked if I'd let them decorate a box of their own. So I ordered some boxes and we spent an afternoon decorating them. They each turned out so pretty and unique! Also, you get to see all of my beautiful grandchildren!!

Those are so neat Diana....what did you use to decorate them with. I like the Country Girl one the best.

I ordered the tin boxes from Oriental Trader but you can find them at scrapbook stores. Then we used scrapbook paper to put on them and stickers. I used my Cricut to cut out the kids' names. The cowgirl one is Daya's and Amy did most of it for her. The cowboy one is Elijah's and I helped him but he put on his own stickers. They weren't very straight but it showed that it was made by him. The girls pretty much did their own. Picking out the paper was the hard part!!
Amy also made Karlie's for her too. She pretty much lost interest after a few minutes. Also, on the cowboy and cowgirl we used one of Glen's old hankies to tie around the handle.

Diana - the children are amazing! You've got a great brood there. The boxes are
really nice! My grandchildren would love them. Your work is so creative.
