Sharing a Poem
ON SECOND THOUGHT
Monday morning, moan and groan, another week's begun. Why did it have to come around and spoil my weekend fun? Wednesday morning, half a week is almost gone and then If I can make it two more days I'll come to life again. Friday Morning, hip hooray, another weekend's nearing, Two days off and payday, too, It makes me feel like cheering! But wait a minute, something's wrong, It really is annoying. I've wished away five days of life I should have been enjoying. |

That poem is awesome! I know I am guilty of wishing away my week, but they are days that we will never have back, and we should enjoy them!

good point
Thanks for the reminder of how we wish our lives away......breast cancer reset my priorities.....have learned to treasure each and every day........life can be over in an instant.......(I'm thinking of Steve Irvin, the Crocodile Hunter) but even for us who live just ordinary lives need to remember how precious our lives are. We have time to love, enjoy family and friends, help those in need and fill our time on this earth with great times and people.
