Hey Kimberly! That is QUITE an accomplishment!!! I remember well the day I got that letter in the mail that I had passed (what used to be called) State Boards (now called NCLEX). It was one of the most significant days of my life. I have loved being an RN every single day since!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Thank you. I am so excited. I left the testing center feeling relieved that it was behind me. I can't wait to start working as an RN!

See how things change!!! You knew pretty quick whether or not you had passed. I had to wait an agonizing 6 weeks after I took the test to find out the results. I remember, if you got a fat letter in the mail, that meant you failed, because it had all the information about the retake. If you passed, your letter was thin, with only one sheet of paper giving you the scores!

I know. Even 8 years ago when my sister took it she had to wait a few weeks, I waited under 72 hours. I just tried to remain calm after and not think about it until I saw for my own eyes if I passed. My family thought something was wrong with me...haha...because I was so calm.
