Crockpot bacon ranch chicken
Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken
4 breasts (or just four pieces of chicken) skin removed 2 T real bacon bits 1 clove garlic minced 1 package dry ranch dressing 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream Egg noodles Combine bacon bits, garlic, ranch dressing, soup and sour cream. Mix well. Place chicken in crockpot and pour mix over chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. When done, shred chicken and cook noodles. Serve chicken ranch mix over the noodles or mix all together in the crockpot and then serve. It was really good. I used fat free soup and light sour cream. The recipe is from crockpot girls.com.

I love that site! I've been using my crockpot a lot lately since the oven makes the house hot.

Yes, that site is great, Betsi. Actually, we've been eating out a lot lately since it's been so hot. I do like to cook in the crockpot too, especially in the summer when it's hot, but then in the winter I love to make soups to come home to. The site has some really great recipes and great ideas!

I just 'liked' the Crock-pot girls page. It will come in so handy since I don't like to cook very well. Crock-pot cooking is so much nicer. I'm really hoping to try some recipes once everything settles down.
