Heat oven to 450 1 1/2 cup self rising flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cups plain, non-fat greek yogurt Mix flour and salt, make a well in the flour and put in yogurt. Mix with spoon or fork to blend flour and yogurt. Shape in a ball and put on floured surface. Pat down and the fold over once and pat down, fold again and pat down again to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 2" biscuits, place in a non stick pan with sides touching. Bake 11-14 minutes. The dough (my favorite part ![]() The recipe makes 12 biscuits at 90 calories each.

That would work, I'm sure as long as the yogurt was thicker rather than runny.

That sounds like an interesting recipe. I'll have to save it and try it later when I'm not dieting. The flour is a no-no.
