Last minute shopping again
What is it about some people that they just can't do things ahead of time? Hubby got home at midnight last night and leaves again tomorrow, yet he announced this morning that he hasn't done his Christmas shopping yet! He and our son went to the city a bit ago to get it done.
At least this time he didn't dash off to the local hardware store to grab whatever was left as he has in the past. My guess is that he's going to encounter big crowds, empty shelves, and come home exhausted. WHY do that to yourself? It should be interesting to see what he brings home. I gave him a list of things I'd like, but most are rather expensive for his tastes. Hopefully Joel will help guide him.

I had to wait on my Christmas shopping cause I didn't have any money, I got paid Friday so I joined the late shoppers and bought them today. Luckily I got off early Friday night and had a bit of time to get stuff then, but either the stuff I wanted was gone or other people had already gotten them for the people I was shopping for. But I think I did good.
My boyfriend did some serious last minute shopping, I had his done early, but he got mine Friday.

Omg!
We exchanged gifts tonight since Greg has to leave early tomorrow. I'm in shock!
He got me a Kodak Easy Share digital Camera and printer dock, and a new cordless phone with answering machine. I've wanted a camera for years, and this one is really nice! The answering machine was HIS idea so he can leave me messages when he wants to. WOW I really didn't expect to get the camera! I told him he did VERY GOOD this year. Joel had helped him pick it out since he's had a couple of digital cameras so knows more what to look for. I'm sure I'm gonna be showing off my pictures here like a wild woman for a while. In a few minutes we're heading off to church. Again, I'm in shock. Not only is Greg going, but Joel agreed to come with as well!
