feeling low today
i lost my dad in october last year i did post the circumstances of his passing on the yt site where everybody was so kind, well as some of you might remember my beloved dad died suddenly of a heart attack in his bedroom, we had no warning , and my poor dear mum found him dead on the floor, i live only a few yards from there house so i was soon there and saw my dad dead on the floor and my hysterical mother laying over him screaming, as i am sure you can imagine i still have flash backs of that night and my heart screams with pain, but over the past week i am virtually not sleeping, i feel so stressed about everything , most days by body aches with the stress i feel even everyday problems to me are magnified i feel likei cannot cope with anything, please do not get me wrong i am not suicidal i love my family way to much to do anything silly i guess i just needed to tell somebody i cannot burden my mother with my feelings her pain is bad enough anyway thanks for listening ladies.

Oh you poor thing! Tears fell as I read your post, I know what those feelings are like. I've said it before, many, many times. Search out some counceling to help you deal with all you're going through. I don't know what you have in England, but here in the states, there are free places to go if one can not afford it. Speak with your regular Dr. first, rule out any physical problems. Tell him what you're feeling and ask him to refer you to some one. Please don't wait.......
You'll find a lot of caring compassionate people here, please know I care. Let us know how you're doing and if you're able to get some counceling.

Dear Linnylou:
You poor thing. Of course you're upset. You do need to speak to your doctor just to let him or her know how stressed out you are. Have you thought about someone to talk to - a priest or a therapist, or even a bereavement group. When I lost my Dad, it was really rough and he lived in another state, so I can't imagine what you're going through. Judy |

Hugs and prayers go out to you. My sincere condolences for the loss of your father. Time will heal your pain. I agree that reaching out to someone to talk to will help alot....a counselor, a grief support group, a priest, your doctor. Just hang in there and try to relax. We're all here for you!

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father and what you experieced, like Rebecca has posted along with the other ladies are good suggestions, Please speak to your dr. or if you have a spirital advisor, go to him. I will keep you in my prayers , this is a sad time in your life , remember you will get through it, just get the help needed to get you through this. Do you have a close friend? it is not good to keep this inside of you.. Good luck |
