Birthday Supper
I didn't mention it to the guys, but they said they would take me out for my birthday. Well, with the septic and other things going on yesterday....I was hoping they wouldn't forget. THEY REMEMBERED!!!! Hubby and my son took me to Red Lobster. I want to tell you I ate like a pig. I figured what the heck, we don't go there often and it was for my birthday, right??? It was so good, but I was so miserable afterwards...toooooo full! I even drank two beers and they were so cold and wonderful!! I haven't had a beer since before Christmas. Since I've been trying to lose, I cut out all the cokes, beer and bad stuff.
Now, today, I have to go back to being a good girl and eat right. I don't mind though, I want this weight off.

I'm glad that you finally got to celebrate your birthday! Red Lobster is always a great place to eat and it's one of my favorites too. I'm glad that you had a good time, you deserve it!!!

I remember you saying you rec'vd a gift dinner for Red Lobster. After the septic situation and all the stress it brought, you picked a nice time to go.
You deserved to cheat and enjoy every morsal of food and sip of the cold beers. Birthday's are meant to enjoy splurges. They keep showing commercials for Red Lobster and my mouth waters everytime. It's funny how you notice all the delicious food commercials when you are dieting. It's nothing but a HUGE tease.  I am glad you enjoyed yourself Janet.

Janet I am glad that they remember and am happy that you ate well.. You deserve it!! After a stressful day with your septic... We all deviate from our diets here and there, you got to if not you would not survive staying on one.. Start today and dont fret about it....

After all the stress with the septic tank, and the way you felt last week, you deserve a nice evening out, at one of your fav. restaurants girl, its good for mind, and body to let go sometimes, it wont harm the diet that much, since you have been so good, and sticking to it!
