Food for my get together
As many of you know I am having a Carmen Electra strip party this weekend.. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for food I could serve.. One of the girlsa is bringing a veggie platter.. I was thinking of serving English Muffin Pizzas and Blue Berry Muffins.. Any other ideas?

What about stuffed mushrooms? They're always good.

That sounds like fun! One of my favorite things to make for a party is ham and cheese rolls. You take a piece of ham (lunch meat) and put some spray cheese in the middle and roll it into a cylinder shape. Cut it into bite sized pieces (one piece of lunch meat usually makes 2-3) then put a piece of pineapple on top and put a toothpick through to hold it all together and make it easier to eat. It's delicious and very easy to make.
I hope you have a wonderful time!

I have a cook book w/ copy cat recipe's of restaurant menu items. In the book is a delicious recipe for spinich / artichoke dip. Of course I've searched all over for the cook book and can't find it. I even went out to check the RV, not there either. UGH. But, I have made this so many times I will see if I can tell you by memory. Almost a full box of frozen spinich. Thawed and drained. 1 package cream cheese - softened at room temp. 1 container of parmesean cheese 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp red pepper dried flakes pepper to taste one can of atichoke hearts. Drain and chop up Boil gently 3/4 of the box of drained/thawed spinich with the can of artichoke hearts for 10 minutes. Meanwhile place the cream cheese in glass bowl (medium). Add the spices and paremesean cheese. When the vegie's have finished boiling, drain very well and add to the bowl with the other ingr's. Stir very well till mixed throughly. Cover bowl and microwave till nice and hot, just about a minute or so. Serve w/ tortilla chips or crackers or whatever you'd like.
