I don't have a voice!!
I've always been hugely affected by allergies. And when I move I've gotta adjust to the local pollens and such. Well, I've hit my adjustment period for moving back home and besides all the congestion I now have no voice!!
Luckily I was going to the doctor today anyway, so I'll just get him to prescribe me something. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow!

Get better fast Lissa. We have allergies here too. Never too bad, but I'm always one that as soon as me or the boys start feeling it coming on, I get something (usually over the counter) and it helps before it gets bad.

Aww, Lissa, I hope you feel better soon! Maybe your doctor will give you something that'll make it all go away.

I've got the husky smoker voice right now, but at least people can understand me now without having to strain. I'm hoping I'll wake up tomorrow and it'll be back. I'm feeling fine really, I just can't completely talk and I cough a bit, but the doc did prescribe me some stuff that I hope is working. Since I caught this all before I really got bad (other than my voice) I haven't really been able to feel the meds kicking in.
Lucky too, I have a tendency to not go to the doctor, my boyfriend hates this but unless I'm absolutely miserable I don't go to the doc. But it just so happened this time that I had already made an appointment to get a knee checked out that I injured 2 years ago snowboarding that's still giving me some trouble. So I managed to get two birds with one stone this go round. THANKS FOR ALL THE GET WELLS!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!
