Question If You Could Change One Thing In Your Life?

What would it be?

I would have never let guys play me and hurt me, because I dealt with low self-esteem for so long. BUT, if that didn't happen, I would have never given up scholarships so I could go to the city where my cheating boyfriend lived instead, and I wouldn't have decided to try Engineering, and after that decide I would rather go to a tech school, and then move to a new city, so I would never have become friends with the girl who introduced me to my new boyfriend who treats me like a princess So in the end, I guess I wouldn't have changed a thing!

I'm damned if I say this and damned if I don't. I would have gone on to collage and I wouldn't have married my husband...at least not for a few years. But saying that...I wouldn't have my son, whom I adore more than anything in the world.

Unhappy 2tiredmom

I would have spent more time with my mom and taken here on vacation somewhere where she wouldn't have had to lift a finger. I miss her so much.
Her birthday is next month she would have been 72.

I know you miss your mom, Linda, but try to remember all the good times and cherish those. When I think of my dad, it always makes me feel better.

Id change the way I divorced my ex-husband. I was too nice and it's bitten me in the butt.

I would never have left college and moved back home to be with my psycho-@$$, jerk, abusive, did I mention CRAZY EX boyfriend. That would aleviated so many other horrible things that happened when I was with him but I don't have to list those cause if I just broke it off with him sooner other things wouldn't have happened! I really would change that. Ahh, thanks...Venting feels so good sometimes

On a happier note; I'm am soo happy with life right now! Life is great!

I would wish for better health for my family and me... My FIL has lung cancer... my MIL has issues from 3 burst brain aneursyms... my father has pulmonary disease, diabetes and recently broke a hip... one brother has MS, and the other has addiction issues...

I wish I could wave a magic wand and make them all better!

I would change the fact that my dad has heart disease and (I can't believe I'm saying this) he probably doesn't have much longer to live.

I'm going to second this one. I have learned that you can't be nice to some people. (he was one of them)

YOu know there is a lot that I would have changed! A ton in fact. However like Janet said ... All of those things that happened led me to marry my husband and in turn have my daughter. So there isn't too much that I could have changed and still have the same outcome.
