Going to the dentist
I'm going to my dentist today. I think I'm having the permanent top implant crowns put in. I hope they're comfy, look nice, are the right color, fit right, etc.
I'm nervous about it because they're right in the front on top. Of course, this could be just a fitting. You never know with them.

Well, I hope everything goes the way it's suppose to and that you're happy! I really need to get to a dentist, but I save the money for Ricky's teeth.

Judy good luck, I am sure they will look great. I hear nothing but good results about implants.. Your my inspiration < smile > Let us know how it went?
Janet don't procrastinate with your teeth , I know it can be expensive but it's always better to save your own and in the long run it will cost so much more.... |

I'm sure that your new implants will be nice. Dentists are able to do so much any more. You'll have to post a picture of you with a nice big smile whenever you get them put in!!!
Janet, as Gina said, by not going to the dentist you won't save any money. You'll pay for it eventually. My husband fusses at me every year when we go but his Mom and Dad both had dentures in their 20's. I've told him that he doesn't have to go if he prefers to have dentures too. It is expensive but I think that it's worth it. Two of my kids have never had cavities.

It sure is worth it! I always had bad teeth - tons of cavities and root canals. I tried to keep up, but I was a single parent for years and just couldn't afford to do the proper work.
That's why I'm going through the implants now. I won't even tell you how many thousands it cost me - I had to have my whole mouth redone. I think there's one real tooth left. There are just certain things that have to be kept up and the dentist is one of them. (They just remeasured the top teeth and did yet another impression I can't understand what they do with all of these impressions! Maybe they sell them to people with tooth fetishes). Luckily, my dentist is just such a nice person, a very good dentist and somewhat of a perfectionist.

You're gonna look prettier than ever, if that's possible Cuz you're already a cutie pie.
