Can't move!

Oh my gosh I need to get in shape. Yesterday I went snowboarding for the first time in 5 years. Needless to say I sucked and fell a lot, but not as much as another guy who was with us! Anyways, last night my shoulders and arms were a bit sore but I had a nice warm bath with epsom salts, thinking that'll help. I stretched out my arms and legs again before I went to sleep. Then I woke up this morning and couldn't even roll over! My arm was under my pillow and I couldn't even pull it out. I'm in so much pain right now I can barely move at all!
I'm a pretty slim person (5'8 and 120-125 lbs) so I don't really work out or anything, and I eat a lot lol. My boyfriend calls me "the skinniest fattest person I know" because I basically devour everything and don't gain weight lol. But wow, after how I feel this morning I think I need to start doing SOMETHING! Lately I've been good about running on my treadmill so my legs are okay. THe only part of my lower half that hurts is my inner thighs and my butt lol. My upper half is almost completely immobile though. I haven't even gotten dressed yet today because it hurts so much!
And of course, today is the day I have to go to the store to pick up a big bag of dog food! Yay!
