Yeah, I read about that in the paper. I just can't believe the heartless things people do. I'd go hungry myself before making any of my pets skip a meal, much less abandon any of them.

For the most part, I feel the same way Bev.
They were saying these people were basically homeless unable to pay utilities... I think it was very selfless to want more for a pet on one hand, on the other I couldn't live with myself abandoning them and failing them. Like the end of that clip says, that face would haunt me So sad, you could tell those dogs were very well cared for and loved |

That is really sad. There was an article in the paper saying the the Humane Soc. in Indianapolis is no longer taking strays. Not enough money in their budget supposedly so now the pound has to take them. Not a good thing. They said there will probably be more running lose because people would rather turn them out then turn them in to the pound.
