THE BEST cheese dip EVER!
I always get RAVE reviews whenever I make this.
1 lb block of Velveeta cheese 2 cans of Rotel (any flavor) 1 roll of Sausage (you know, the kind that comes in the plastic wrap that looks like slice and bake cookies) 1. Pour the 2 cans of Rotel into the bottom of a crock pot 2. cut up Velveeta cheese into cubes and put on top of Rotel 3. Cover and set crock pot on HIGH 4. Crumble and brown sausage in a skillet, like you would ground beef, and drain. 5. Pour sausage on top of cheese and Rotel in crock pot. 6. Let it sit for about 20 minutes then stir. 7. Continue to stir periodically until the cheese is all melted then turn crock pot to LOW or OFF to prevent the cheese from burning to the bottom of the crock pot. 8. Enjoy with Fritos Scoops or crackers. YUM! |

You can find Rotel in the Canned Tomato isle. It is basically diced tomatos with green chilies. Here is a picture of what it looks like and the different flavors.
