Question Remember the Red-Haired Girl?

I think most of you remember me writing about the little red-headed girl that rides my bus. She is so hard to 'get to' if you know what I mean. She lives with her Mom, her Aunt (Mom's sister) and their step-dad. None work because of mental disabilities.

Anyway, she decided she wants to kill me. She's in the 3rd grade so I'm not really worried of course. The other day she was being loud and obnoxious so I told her she needed to be quiet for a little while. She put up her hand, said it was me and then used her other hand as a gun and shot the hand (me). Of course this sort of thing, no matter how threatening has to be reported.

This morning after Patty got off the bus for breakfast, a little boy she sits with came to me and said that Patty was showing her body parts. I asked what parts and he pointed 'down there' and then said her but and boobies. I had the guidance councelor come to my bus and it was hard for me to tell him this while holding back the tears.

The assist. Principal, who usually handles these type of situations won't be back until Monday so Monday I will go talk with him about this. I feel it needs to be reported to child welfare. Why is she doing these things and at such a young age.

It upset me more to find this out than to think she wanted to kill me.

I would worry that she has been sexually abused.

I was just going to say that Dobie, anyone that young showing body parts like that is usually a sign of some kind of sexually abuse, I hope to God not, but Janet i am so glad that you reported that.

That poor little girl needs help soon, glad you are going to report it janet, i hope they can do something to help the situation she is in, or get her out of her direct inviroment. This child obviously sees or experiences more than what any child of that age should.
