Yummy Apricot Balls
1/4 cup butter (softened)
2 TBS orange juice 1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar 3/4 cup dry milk 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup dried chopped apricots Mix all together and shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. You may want to dust hands in powdered sugar to keep dough from sticking. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Let dry for 4 hours before storing. When making the balls, if dough seems wet or sticky, put in more powdered sugar. If it is too dry to form a solid ball, then add a few drops of orange juice.

They are VERY addicting and I don't even like things with coconut - but I do LOVE apricots!
