79 degrees today!

It's wacky but greatly appreciated that our temps here today hit 79 degrees!
March is often our snowiest month, and here we are getting sunburned instead!
I'm guessing we're breaking records with this heat.

Just had to toot mother natures horn for a beautiful day in Wisconsin.

It was the same here Tink...and so beautiful. I did get a great picture of a Cardinal today....high up in the tree. We were able to get quite a bit done outside and then I got a lot done inside too. I hope it stays this way for awhile.

the warm weather is wonderful. I wanted to take the kids to the park but ended up cleaning all day instead. I AM taking them right after school tomorrow. I love seeing them run & play & the little one won't remember being in parks last year so it will be like a whole new expierence for her.

Sunshine and heat puts me in the best mood too. I love it... how different it is to the cold, grey gloomy weather huh

It's suppose to get up to 80 degrees today. There is a chance of rain and thunderstorms this evening though, but not enough to worry places that are already flooded. I can't wait to get out and enjoy the day.

When I walked out to take my oldest to school at 8am, I could already tell this is going to be a BEAUTIFUL day. I hope the wonderful weather has found its way to everyone else as well.

It's been rainy here today, but the temperatures are pretty nice. Yesterday was beautiful but between church and choir practice I didn't get to enjoy it. My daughter and a friend enoyed it though. They went swimming in a creek near here. It makes me cold just thinking about it!!!

First thing I noticed this morning was how green the grass is. I'm so happy to have green grass again....don't particularly want to mow it, but I'm glad it's green. I know when the leaves come out, it will be so beautiful.

I also noticed a little bunny rabbit underneath the slide my son used to play on.

It's 83 degrees right now.
Joel and Shannon have started raking the lawn, so it's looking pretty nice now.
There's just a hint of green grass showing, but the lilacs are budding big time.

awww I wish my flowers would grow. I check everyday 2 or 3 times to see if I see anything peeking through the ground yet.

I've seen some of the bulbs planted in other people's yard are coming up, but it's still too early for us to plant actual plants. Maybe this fall I need to get some bulbs in the ground.
