LOL it will be longer than 'no time' to reach my goal weight.....LOLOL I need to lose around 75 lbs.....aaaaaaahhhhhhh I'll get there, but it's going to take some time. As long as I can lose it slowly and it stays off....I don't mind the wait, I'll get there.

Thank you so much Debbie!! I still haven't gotten over the hump, but I haven't gained any yet either. I have been a little slack, so I'm sure once I get back on track it will come off again. I'm going to have to keep a close eye on what I eat in the next few months. With my husband having surgery, I tend to eat more when I'm stressed...especially things I shouldn't have.....CHOCOLATE!!!!

yeah, Chocolates and sweets are my weakness, too. I keep saying I'm going to loose weight before the beach in June but I can't seem to get started.

One of my biggest downfalls in dieting is telling myself that I CAN'T have something. Maybe when your stressed tell yourself that you can have ONE Hersey Kiss and then eat it very slowly! Or, sometimes, when I want chocolate I get a glass of sugar-free chocolate milk. It's really good and fills that "I gotta' have chocolate" need.

To fill my chocolate craving, I eat one of those Weight Watcher chocolate snack cakes. They are really good. I allow myself one a day.

Try drinking a little more water Mandy. I'm going through a slump now and I'm not really going to worry too much. I'm kind of stressed because of hubby's back surgery...I'll get back on track more when things settle down. I'm just making sure I don't gain any back.

Just a thought on the chocolate craving thing. I buy one expensive dark chocolate bar a week. The dark chocolate is more concentrated and has more flavinoids which are healthy for your heart. I eat one or two squares from the bar each evening. Just parcel them out during the week. Not too many calories at once, and it's good for you, and you have indulged.

No fat chocolate milk sounds like it might be worth trying though. Maybe just a little bit.

I think it helps to cheat a bit when dieting. Atleast I do, LOL. I don't feel so deprived when I have something special a couple times a week.

I had measurements taken again last week weighin in at J.C. I've lost 11 inches so far. 4 from my waist, a couple from my hips, bust, and the rest elsewhere. LOL

My pants feel a little bigger but I'm not satisfied yet until I lose more.

Ugh - If I could just give up my wine. Not an option though.
