I love having "me" nights but I've been so busy I haven't had one in close to 2 years! I turn the lights low and do yoga, nothing strenuous but just relaxing, meditative poses, and it gets me into a little zone haha. Then I have a bubble bath and use body scrubs and lotions and a face mask, get into comfy pj's, and sit down for a good book or a chick flick
 That sounds so good, I wish I could do it tonight!

Take my dogs and go for long walks in the woods, forget about the world around me for a while.
Sit on the couch with a nice long drink and watch tv or do nothing. Go to the beach and just sit there staring over the water, and watch ships go by. I enjoy the simple things to take my mind off it all

Sherry Lynn you can buy fake palm trees in Spring Lake! I'm not sure my husband would go for the plastic trees and the pink flamingos though! LOL!!
