Woooohooooooo I'm on my way!
I had to take my daughter to work today, so decided since I was out and about, I would do a bit of window shopping. I found some really cool "young inventor" kits at a very good price, so ended up buying Christmas gifts for 4 of my young nephews. I LOVE getting my shopping done early, so this just made my day!
I also picked up a few pair of colorful tights for my 6 yr old grand daughter since she loves to wear skirts and always wears tights under them. They had a whole bin of them for only $1 a pair so I couldn't resist! Is anyone else actively shopping for the holidays yet? What bargains have you found?

I wouldn't say "actively" shopping but I did start. I found my girlfriend a beautiful horse book. Ummm, that's it so far.
And I am so envious of you shopping for your grandaughter. I wanna be a Grandma soooo bad i can't stand it.

Ugh....I haven't even THOUGHT about Christmas. My bday is next month, so that is what is on my mind right now.

I havent thought about Xmas and shopping yet either, oh hell i better start before all the good deals are gone! I love wearing those tights under short skirts they way cool!!!!

Whew, the thought of christmas depresses me this year. It is my absolute favorite time of the year & I seriously go over board decorating & buying gifts for my daughter & step daughter. This year, unfortunately, I won't be able to do that AT ALL!!! Business has been slow & money has become quite tight.
I know, I know, that is not what christmas is all about.....but I just love to spoil the ones that I love, and now I'm afraid they probably expect it. Maybe if I start now, I can find better bargains!! |

Good grief woman! LOL I have gotten Emmie a tiger watch that she wanted. So far that is the only thing I have gotten. She has already started her christmas list so I plan on starting this coming week. I refuse to wait till the last min. YOU ARE MY HERO!! LOL
