I use it all of the time! I don't think I would have been able to make it without my kids if it hadn't been for Skype!! I leave mine turned on all of the time and just minimize it. Sometimes when I'm on the computer it rings like a phone, lol! I just click answer then camera and we talk and look at each other. I LOVE it!

Most computers now have a camera built in, and you can register on skype.com

Nope, totally free!! I talk to/see my kids in the Philippines every few days, and it costs nothing!

Awesome!!! May have to look into this with our oldest living in California. We miss her so much!!!

Marilyn, it's so simple you'll wonder why you haven't done it before. It helps so much to look at your kid when you're talking. My grandkids like to watch my dogs, and sometimes I just walk through the house with my laptop turned around so the kids can see where I'm going, lol! It makes them feel like they're here with me!

Has anyone else gotten Skype yet? I only have it on my laptop...can I put it on my IPad? Diana....you really need to get this!
