Thanksgiving menu!!

I am cooking all by myself. Then again it is just the 3 of eating today. We plan on going back home tomorrow and visiting. Here is my menu. Really just an old fashioned meal.

Ham( LOL I know we don't like turkey very much)
Green beans seasoned in ham
Crock-pot man-n-cheese
Mashed potaotes and gravy
Stuffing
Rolls
Cherry pie
Pumpkin pie

I always love hearing what others fix. It gives me some great ides for Christmas or the next holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving

We had lots of food!! We thought that my brother-in-law and his family were coming over at the last minute and so we fixed "extra" and then they didn't come. We have LOTS of food left. Here's what we had:

Turkey (smoked and baked), mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, stuffing, cranberry salad, corn with cream cheese, broccoli-cauliflower salad, homemade rolls, 2 pumpkin pies (one sugar-free), apple pie, and cherry pie.

My son and his family will be here this evening so a lot will be eaten then. As of right now, about everyone's taking a nap!! We're such an exciting group!!!

Everyone ate too much at my house! My brothers-in -law fell asleep in front of the tv and the nieces and nephew had my yorkies out in the back yard running off some of that food.

We had:

turkey
dressing with giblet gravy
baked beans
broccoli casserole
sweet potato souffle
green beans
strawberry trifle
chocolate cake
pecan pie
banana pudding
sour dough bread

I may not eat again until Christmas!

We went to hubbies brothers home for the big party. we had:

Turkey
meatballs and gravy
mashed potatoes
green bean casserole
corn
lefse
3 different types of pickles
dressing
several diffferent salads
pumpkin, cherry and cocoanut cream pies

SO much I'm not sure I named it all. LOL

The biggest treat as far as I was concerned was NOT having to cook!

Sounds like everyone ate really well! I was glad to get it all over with. I know I cleaned my kitchen all day long.. SO needless to say by the time bedtime rolled around I was just plain tired! Glad to hear everyone had a great holiday.
