Juicing

Is anyone into juicing? I have a friend who sells bottles of some kind of exotic juice blend that is supposed to be super healthy. I drink Pomegranite juice from time to time, and have heard of the benefits of grape juice. I've also heard that people who are really into juicing are having all kinds of healthful benefits, but I don't know anyone who is actually doing it and how it is done.

There is a thread on here about JuicePlus that got me to thinking about this.

So any juicers out there??

My Grandmother used to "juice" everyday. Id watch her make this carrot / vegi juice then she'd add wheat germ to it. I remember trying it, and I remember NOT liking it. She was big into health and all that.

I've seen them and like them, just not sure if it's something id use often. I am into kitchen gadgets as a man is into tools. I want one just to add to my "gadgets" but doubt it would be beneficial to me.

It seems a heavy duty professional blender can "juice" up anything just as well? Not sure really. Or just by eating the daily requirements of fruits and vegi's can be just as beneficial to one's health maybe??
