One more week...until

SPRING BREAK!!!!

I can't wait! I do love most of the bus kids, but I want to be able to stay home or go do something and not have to watch the clock all day.

Yay! Everyone deserves a break now and then. Try to relax and enjoy yourself as much as you can. Maybe spend a day at the spa, lol!

So with a week to go, this gives you time to plan all sorts of fun and relaxing things to do.

You are lucky to have this time off. I sure wish I did.

Our kids are out of school today too so their spring break is actually about 10 days long. I enjoy having my daughter home for that time. She's a joy to have around. My college age daughter (#2) will be home all week but she'll be working so I won't see her as much.

My schedule is filling up for next week, no vacations for us, but we'll keep busy. My daughter (#1) is planning a scrapbooking party here at my house on Tuesday, daughter (#3) and I are going Easter shopping on Monday (I think), and Thursday is looking pretty busy too! I wish that it was warm enough to swim, I'm so ready!!

This week is our spring break, but I have had to work and so has our older daughter, Karen. Melissa is away on a mission trip, but says she will be coming home to visit for the weekend of the 23rd.

Melissa was traveling through New Orleans today and she said it is awful there. Like a third world country, not what you would expect to see in America. She can tell us all about it when she gets back to her computer.

Janet, enjoy your break!!!! You deserve it!!!

I am so in need of this break. I'm really not planning anything special. May clean up a few things, would like to wash windows if the weather cooperates. Other than that, I would like to get some sewing done, get some shopping done that I've put off and just relax.

ONLY 3 MORE DAYS!!!! Can you honestly tell I want a week off?...LOLOL I have a list of things I would like to accomplish while we're off like, raking up sticks, rolling the yard, trimming the trees, washing windows, and some general spring cleaning. My son isn't too thrilled with my list, because he has to help me... We work really well together and he is as picky as I am. I've been trying to sell our above ground pool and have had an ad in the paper. Gotten a few calls, but if it isn't sold by spring break, then we will probably, maybe start taking it down so I can get ready to put a new fence up for the babies.

From what I've seen of the forecast so far, it's suppose to be nice and in the 70's this weekend. Hopefully the rest of the spring break will be just as nice.

OOHHH I can't wait!!!!

Wow, seems like you have quite the list! I love spring cleaning...it always makes me feel so refreshed! And, of course, it means that warm weather is on the way and that we have a few months out of school!

I hope it's nice here, too! I'd love some more warm weather...
