Hi janc!!!! Welcome to 4WT glad you're here. Don't know if you've found the threads yet, but there's one where you can introduce yourself, I think it's called introduction quiz or something. But always eager to meet someone new, so tell us a little about yourself.

I don't know where the intro thing is. Anyway, I've lived all over the U.S., had a Katrina house in MS, now live in NW TN (love it) and am currently at the Ramada in Destin, FL!! Day after tomorrow go see our house (what's left) in MS and then on to New Orleans. My mom was born and raised there and I grew up in the city. We have 2 rat terriers and are getting our first Yorkie Sat. My husband is getting a big kick out of me- I am so excited. I've visited every Petsmart on the way here! And bought stuff at each one! My rats will not be pleased to share me but they'll get over it. I taught school in WI, LA, FL, and NV full time and subbed in MI and MS. My hubby is from MI. My daddy was a Yankee too. I'm done moving and love not going to work! I plan to breed Yorkies in the next couple of years but am starting with puppies (not adults) so it will be some time before I have any. I use to fly but am not current, was an awful bowler but my WI friends loved to have me on their team because occassionally I surprised everyone, including me. Oh, we have 56 acres in TN and guineas also. The rats killed several before we came up with a plan. The dogs go out first thing in the morning. Then they come back inside- they do not like to be outside in the fenced in area. They are totally spoiled. Then the guineas get to go out for the day. I herd them back in around 4 and the dogs are out again free to roam. I walk the dogs around noon just to stretch their legs. They are no longer looking at the guineas like their dinner but I will never trust Chief. He is a great but subtle hunter. You know Missy is coming before you ever see her!!lol
That's about it for me. How about ya'll? |
