It isn't luck Tink, good things happen to good people.
I'm so excited for you, I hope all goes well and the puppies are able to be working dogs, they could help so many people that way, not to mention how happy the dogs would be.

I'm at 3 of the current litter and 2 of Bella's upcoming litter reserved. With a couple more deposits expected quite soon.

I had the cutest little 5 yr old boy here today with his parents looking at the pups. He started out quite shy of me and the pups, but before long he was trying to convince me that he's a nice person, so could take a pup home today rather than wait almost 7 more weeks to pick it up. He was really sweet. He promised he'll cuddle with the pup when his parents read him his bedtime stories so the puppy can hear them too.
He finally agreed to wait since I promised to send him pictures and let them know how she's doing while he waits.

Awwww, how cute! Can't you just picture your pup snuggled next to the little boy while his Mom or Dad read a bedtime story!! Your pup will definitely have his own little pal, it sounds like!!!

I was hoping to have had my kennel panels picked up by now so we could get working on them this weekend, but we haven't been able to match up everyone's schedules to get them home. I have to borrow a trailer, Josh has to be off work to drive 75 miles one way to get to them, the guy we're getting them from has to be home to help load them up, and so far it's not happened.

I spoke with the seller again last night and he's going to be gone all weekend, so now we're shooting from sometime this next week. It's a good thing we're not in a rush to get it done, but if this continues we might end up short of time.

I want to move Canada and her litter outside at 3 weeks. I want to get Bella her own pen and doghouse before she delivers toward the end of May. I need to be able to separate Chip and Hickory when she comes into season. So I need a minimum of 4 separate areas, all with houses and enough room for a litter to be with their dam in at least 2 of them. Ideally I'd like a separate fenced-in area where I can take pups to meet buyers so I can leave the ones already reserved out of the mix and maybe have a couple wooden benches for people to sit on in there as well. All in good time I guess. LOL
