I'm in Pain!!!
I bent over this morning to let the girls out of their crates so they could go outside to potty and then I couldn't stand up straight again. I am in so much pain. Surprisingly, I drove the bus and it wasn't too awful bad as long as I went slow. Hurts more to stand or move than sitting in my nice comfy bus seat.

I'm sorry to hear that you are in pain! Has anything like this happened to you before?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're in pain. Did your back go out? You may need a trip to the chiropractor or take some ibuphrophen and take a long hot bath then lay down or rest in an easy chair for awhile. I hope that you feel better soon.

I'm so sorry!
There is a great book, called Treat Your Own Back (or something close to that) using the Mackezie technique. It literally shows you various exercises to do for various back problems. My physical therapist used it when I was going for lower back pain. It helped me a lot and I loaned it to a friend who never even went to the doctor, but was able to use the exercises with a back problem. Hope it feels better soon!

Bless you, don't know how you could drive a bus. Put a heating pad on it. It helps me, ice didn't work.

Thanks all, I do feel a little better this morning. I didn't sleep good at all last night, too much pain. Plus the old man snored more than ever. If I would have had the back strength I would have held a pillow over his head.
Drove the bus, it wasn't too bad, but came straight home, took ibuprophen and went to sleep. I feel so much better. Still don't have total movement yet, but it's better. I was only on the computer for about 10 minutes yesterday and I think that's a record for me...LOL

I'm glad to hear that you're a little better. You might want to keep taking the ibuprophen for another day or two. It helps to keep the inflamation down.

Thanks Diana, I'm making sure I take it every four hours so it will stay in my system. I really think I'll be even better tomorrow.
Been meaning to ask, did you take the picture in your avatar?

Glad to see you're feeling better today. I was out Monday and Tuesday with a stomach bug. I'm not 100%, but am back to work. This has been a sickly year for me!
