New Home for Puppy Delayed
A family from near Chicago had plans to come today and pick up their little girl, Rosie. They had an ice storm so they can't leave when they were wanting to. Their little boy is so worried he won't be able to pick her up at all today, but the weather is suppose to break with temps getting into the 50's.
I did speak with them and told them not to worry about the time. I will be here all day so it is not an inconenience for me at all. I know they have the whole weekend off and a few extra days, so if they can't not make it today, I'm sure they will be here tomorrow. Gives me some extra time to bathe her and love on her some more.

How sweet that the little boy is worried. Give Rosie an extra hug and kiss from me before she goes to her new home.

It is now 3:00 PM. The family called and said they would be here in about 2 hours. They left at 9:00 AM this morning. Last time they came it only took them 3 hours. Darn winter weather anyway. I told them I was in no hurry to get rid of her, but they laughed and said they were in a hurry to get her...LOL.

They are thrilled with little Rosie. She told me that within 30 minutes of being at their house, that Rosie ate and then went potty on the paper. They are so pleased with her and said that she and Sean are inseparable. Follows him everywhere.
Their Vet checked her out and said she is a very healthy little girl. The little chocolate boy went to his new home yesterday. He is quite the barker and she got to see that when she picked him up. I told her she can change her mind, because his barking is a very high shrill bark. They drove 5 hours from Ohio, spent the night in Frankfort and were heading home this morning. I haven't heard from her yet, but I'm on pins and needles wondering how everything went. Especially having a little barker in a hotel. The last little girl will be going to her new home on Thursday...the 1st. The last little boy doesn't have a new home yet. I just love him so...there is no need to hurry.
