Baby Baby Baby!!!!!
My grand daughter was born on Aug 28th...3 weeks before she was due
 Mommy and baby are doing fine, but she really caught us unprepared! She weighed 5 lbs 12 oz and is 18 inches long. When she went back to the doc for her 3 day old check up, she was down to 5 lbs 6 ozs., but she is gaining steadily because you can see her little cheeks filling out. Her name is Raelyn Elisabeth...the Elisabeth is after me and my mom I stayed with them to help out until today, and I brought my grandsons back home with me to stay until Monday. They are 10 and 7 and think their little sister is wonderful!

Oh I just know you had a ball with her! Both my granddaughters were "on time" and one weighed 6 lb 12 oz and the other weighed 6 lb 10 oz. Also both were 18 inches long. They were soooo tiny!!!
She is just adorable, and I know you are so proud of her. It will be so much fun for your grandsons to have a little sister. I bet she will be spoiled ROTTEN!!!

I know that you're tickled pink with your new granddaughter!!! How wonderful that you got to spend time with her and helping out. I'm sure that the boys are excited.......at least until she gets old enough to get into their things!!! Congratulations!!!
I love the name, but then I have a daughter, Dae Lynn, and a cousin named, Rae Lynn!!!!
