I thought that I would post a hot cocoa mix recipe. It's kinda' expensive to make but it's really good and makes a lot.

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

25 oz. box of Instant Milk
16 oz. dry coffee creamer (like Coffee Mate)
16 oz. powdered sugar
16 oz. Instant chocolate milk (like Nestle's Quick)

Pour all ingredients into large bowl and mix well. To serve, add hot water to suit your taste. (We usually fill our cups about 1/3 full of the mix.) This makes a large amount.
