33 years tomorrow!!!!!

Thank you so much for the congratulations. He surprized me this morning with the most beautiful long stem red roses with babies breath and a card that was so beautiful. 33 & 1/2 years ago, 1 week before he proposed, he sent me a dozen roses in a vase just like this. No one had ever sent me flowers before. My parents came to pick me up from college for end of summer break, saw the roses and knew this guy was serious.

He's definitely one of a kind. I couldn't ask for a more supportive partner.

Rebecca, I pray that you will have a life like this. The secret is to give more than you get & always be honest, no matter what. Trust is soooo important. Both of you have to be on the same wavelength for it to work well, and it does not come naturally for either of you. It takes work and at times you will want to just give up, but don't. Hang in there and keep working on it, if at all possible. If you can make it through the tough times, you will be stronger and your love will grow, deepen and mature. Having Christ in your life is key to success. If you are both striving to do God's will, He wants you to be together and you will work harder to make it successful.
