New Years eve switcheroo
Hubby ended up having to work Thanksgiving AND Christmas Day, being home for only a few hours on each day. So this week he got ornery and stood his ground and insisted on having New Years Eve off. Amazingly, they gave it to him!
He called and is on his way home, and won't have to leave again til Tuesday morning. He said he wants to spend New Years with me for a change. LOL It's funny, but things are better between us after I laid the law down to the kids and him. I think he was more tired of the way things had been than he realized. I whine enough about things here, so just wanted to share some GOOD news!
