Janet,
Have you tried eating smaller portions more often. I know that helps me. I know your going to say you don't have a weight problem but I feel for you. I don't like it when i gain weight and I DO>.... Carrots any veggies or fruits. Like the fruit cups. Those are great to snack on. Congrats on the lose of weight. Keep up the good work. I know you can do it.
