Rainbow Pepper Salad
Starting Jenny Craig Weight Loss last week I receive free recipe's on my meal planning sheets.
This one sounds good and Id like to make it. I thought Id share it with you all. Rainbow Pepper Salad 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped 2 Tbsp. green onion, diced (now why didn't they just say chopped? LOL) 1/8 tsp crushed basil 1/8 tsp. minced garlic 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp olive oil Toss all the ingr's in a mixing bowl. Chill for 1-3 hours and serve.
