Where did it go?

Last year I was better known as the Diet Nazi... nothing went in my mouth that was not written down, counted, or weighed. There was not one nite that I didnt walk, yoga, or some type of exercise... I felt good, I looked better... and then one day... poof my will power was gone. I cant seem to find it?

Ive tried starting slow and then giving up.

I know Im a stress eater for sure!
