Surveyor called back!

I got a call from my surveyor this morning!
He gave me an estimate of about HALF of what we expected it to cost, and said he will get the job done within the next 2 weeks. I asked him to paint the boundary as well as stake it since the stakes could get moved, which he agreed to do.

I can hardly wait to have this done! I'm even looking forward to the expression on the neighbors faces when they see it's done. I've had more than enough of their bullying. To be able to legally put them in their places (quite literally) holds great appeal.
