At the general election, the Electoral College can go against the popular vote. Something is wrong with this system!!!!! And Catlover, I think your system in PA would be a good idea. The way we do it here in Texas is manipulative. Hubby suggested that if you vote in a party's primary, you should have to vote for their candidate in November. That would stop the crossovers.
