This has got to be so horrible for you. Id try a therapist or even possibly writing your ex a letter (BUT DON'T SEND IT, JUST THROW IT AWAY WHEN FINISHED), putting down all your feelings. Your fears, anxieties, etc. Get it out of you. Then, just throw away the letter and tell yourself you're done with all the worry.

Don't obsess about it, at night when you lay asleep think of happy thoughts.
