Gubmint and How Gubmint Works

Our newspaper has a little section where they post things that happened on the day the paper comes out........a week or so ago they had a listing for 1982......It was the year that FEMA announced that in case of a nuclear attack our mail would still be delivered!!!!!! If we have a nuclear attack.....believe me......I'm not going to be worrying about whether or not my mail has been delivered!!!!!!! Glen's been having a fit over this one!!!!!!

I wonder how much money they spent trying to get that one figured out!!!!!
