You'll be surprised at how quickly you'll notice it in your clothes even if people aren't noticing it. Nine pounds is really good!! Go to the grocery store and pick up a couple of bags of sugar!! That's what you've lost!!! You'll start feeling better without the weight too.

Stinkin' scales!!! I'm just going to pretend that they're right. I really think that they're 5 pounds off of where they were. I'm back on the diet pretty good now. I can tell because I feel so much better!!
