Thanks Jessica...a few people have said they can tell it in my face....sure wish they could tell in my belly and butt....
 I can tell, because my pants are bigger. I havenn't lost quite 20 lbs yet, but it starts showing fairly quickly in certain areas.I did get on the scales and I'm heading back down again...yay!!! I'll get there...I'm not giving up!
